Shipping
Aeroflex products are shipped USPS. Depending on your selection of services, Ground or Two Day Priority at time of check out, your shipping charge will be calculated by your selection of service and the product’s weight and your shipping zip code. Most orders will ship the following day from the date they are purchased. If you request (via. separate email) same day shipping and if you place your order by 3 PM Pacific Standard time on business days we will do everything we can to send it the same day it is ordered. Please note that while the delivery date shown is accurate it is impossible for us, Aeroflex, to control the United States Postal Service actual delivery dates and times. And that it could take longer than stated. For instance USPS doesn’t always take weekends and holidays into account. Also— if you prefer a different type of shipping service, Fed-Ex, UPS, etc. etc. we are happy to accommodate you. However there will be additional changes placed on your order for “special handling”. If there are any problems filling your order in a timely fashion we will contact you ASAP and provide the details. Returns
All Aeroflex items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund as long as the items/products have not been used. All returns will require prior authorization and you will be issued a return number (RMA). This return number will need to be written on the outside of the package you use to ship the products back to us.
The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
All products returned must be in brand new condition with original packaging. Under no circumstances can we take back an item that has been used. Your refund will be issued within 5 days of receiving your package and after undergoing an inspection.
